We use The Plymouth Scheme for our Science planning, this allows teachers to see the child's scientific learning journey from EYFS through to year 6 as well as ensuring all aspects of both the National Curriculum and EYFS 'Understanding the World' is covered.
We plan by having a question for learning to promote our children's curiosity.
We ensure that our children are able to recall and retrieve prior learning through the use of 'entry tickets' at the start of lessons.
